Program Description
CrossFit is a training program for everyday life.We squat, deadlift, press, bike, run, row, and do bodyweight movements and much more.We perform these movements at a relatively high intensity.
Each athlete is different and intensity will look different person to person but the results will be the same: improved health and fitness.
Each class is led by a coach who is there to ensure proper technique and a successful workout.
