Program Description
During boot camp classes athletes will go station to station (usually six) performing bodyweight movements, cardio machines, and weightlifting at light weights and high intensity for thirty minutes.
Each boot camp consists of intervals of 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest, the result is a lot of sweat and a good workout.
